CRL UK chooses a flexible and reliable provider
History
CRL UK Ltd provide a range of bespoke IT services to their clients, these range from simple hosting to online web based registration and event management within both the Private sector and Public Sector.
Background
Due to the diversity of projects undertaken by CRL, it was imperative that they work with a supplier who would offer a flexible service without compromising on quality.
Before UKFast, CRL had a reliable service (in terms of connectivity), however the supplier really lacked on being client focused, in fact they refused to talk us without first submitting a ticket and operated a tiered support system which often left you frustrated and without a solution or answer.
Solutions
After discussions with UKFast a solution was proposed whereby a parallel systems were provided by UKFast free of charge to assist with the migration. This enabled a smooth migration with no downtime for any of CRL’s clients.
Since moving, CRL have trebled their 'Telehouse' capabilities and the feedback from all clients has been excellent. CRL have met with UKFast to discuss ways in which CRL can grow and as a result have developed a number of core generic products they hope to release in Q1 2006.
