UKFast Membership Logo
As a client of UKFast, you do not have an automatic right to use our trade marks, which include our logo. However, we are aware that you as a partner you may wish to show your affiliation with UKFast on your Website, in advertising or communications materials, and printed materials such as letterhead and invoices. We have a specific membership logos for this purpose and you can apply for authorisation to use them if you meet the following licence criteria:Licence Criteria
You must:
(1) be a partner/affiliate of UKFast
(2) abide by the usage rules
(3) have your use reviewed and approved by UKFast
(4) use the logo in a positive way
You must satisfy all these conditions before you can use the logo, and you must continue to satisfy them for as long as you use it. The logo is currently available in 3 separate styles:

If you would like to use the UKFast membership logo on your Website, or in printed form, please contact us on 0870 421 1585. We will then send you the membership logo in your preferred format.
If you are currently using the UKFast membership logo, and have not had permission to do so from UKFast, please immediately remove it from your Website or print materials and contact us for approval.
Use of a logo without permission
If you do not have permission, you are still able to use the written names UKFast.Net, UKFast UK and UKFast to explain who we are, what we do and the obligations that registrants enter into when they open an account with us, etc. This does not allow you to use UKFast's name in your commercial activities, nor are you allowed to put our logo on your Website.
Use of UKFast's corporate logo
The use of UKFast's corporate logo, trade mark 2154669 ('the Mark') is reserved exclusively to UKFast UK.
